Overnight Oatmeal-Berry Breakfast Parfaits

12 oz. (1.5 cups) yogurt, plain, whole-milk
2/3 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
2 tsp. chia seeds
Stevia, to taste (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 banana, large, mashed
1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup mixed berries, frozen
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- In a medium bowl, mash banana with a fork until only mostly smooth.
- Add yogurt, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond milk. If needed, add a dash of stevia for sweetness.
- In a tall glass (or a glass to-go container), layer yogurt mixture in thirds with frozen mixed berries and nuts.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast, perfectly chilled!
