Recipe for Riche Sauce
- ½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise
- ¼ cup tomato ketchup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½-1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of Sriracha (I put more, but add to your liken)
Mix together the mayo, ketchup, and garlic powder, sriracha, blending well. Add Worcestershire sauce and blend well. Cover the surface of sauce with lots of black pepper until just coated. Blend well. Repeat process covering surface with black pepper and stir until belnded well. Refrigerate for at least two hours prior to use to allow the flavors to mingle.
This is basically my version of Zaxby’s Zax Sauce with a kick. You can put this bad boy on anything. I personally like dipping my grilled cheese in it. It also goes well with fries, burgers, and of course chicken fingers.
